Refund Policy

At Art Isabell, we care about your complete satisfaction with your purchases. Below you will find detailed information regarding our return and complaint procedures.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods (date of delivery). Orders can be canceled by the customer within 1 hour of purchase, before they are processed for fulfillment. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (by sending an e-mail to: contact@artisabell.com).

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Personalized Products)
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. In practice, this means that products modified according to special, individual requirements (including personalized jewelry, such as items with a selected zodiac sign, custom sizes, or engravings) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.

3. Condition of the Returned Product
The returned product must be in its original, pristine condition—it must not show any signs of use, damage, or soiling. Please return the products in their original, undamaged jewelry packaging (box), together with the attached stone property card (if part of the set), to ensure safe transport.

4. Return Shipping Costs and Address
The cost of returning the goods to our studio is borne by the Buyer. To initiate a return, please contact us via e-mail at contact@artisabell.com to receive instructions and the return address. We recommend using registered courier services with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost by carriers in transit to us.

5. Refund
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
